Virtual Change Catalyst Circle Events
The times are calling for Change Catalysts who understand change at a deeper level.
At this time of great flux, Change Catalysts are wisest, strongest, and most inspired when we come together.
When I started to dream about creating a community of Change Catalysts, I knew I wanted to create an opportunity to connect with others who share your interest in our changing times, hopes, worries, and desires to make it easier for people at this time.
We each bring a unique contribution to the work we are being called to address. You may have a background that weaves several crucial themes together in an unique way, an expertise helping clients facing a particular kind of change, or a new perspective, tool, strategy, or model that opens up new ways of seeing what we face right now.
To co-create a supportive community that uplifts us, inspires us, and supports us in our unique fields as Change Catalysts. I believe the first step is to begin learning about each other’s interests, strengths, and specialties by getting beyond our sound bite introductions. Comments about our first Circles:

Discover new connections and opportunities by enhancing visibility for yourself and your work, perhaps leading to invitations to speak, write, or engage, connecting with potential referral resources, and meeting potential partners for collaborative projects.
Three Kinds of Circles
Since we started meeting, we’ve developed three different Circle formats.
Deepening Circle Calls are 60 minutes where we gather as a full group to connect more deeply as a community. Depending on the size of the group we may move into small break-out groups twice during the hour for more personal introductions and conversations. Inspiring prompts are provided so you'll never feel pressured to introduce yourself with a perfect soundbite!
Round Table Conversations are 90 minutes to allow for a deep discussion about a particular theme. I'll be reaching out to a couple of members or colleagues to serve as Conversations Catalysts who have a deep relationship with the topic. After they share their comment to jump start the conversation, we'll open the circle for additional comments and discussion.
Experiential Showcases are usually 60 minutes and highlight one or two Change Catalysts who will join us to facilitate an activity or experience for the group.
