Whenever you feel out of sync with your business,
there’s usually a mismatch, an inconsistency, or a gap that you aren’t aware of yet. Perhaps you resonate with one or more of these common scenarios:

Scenario 1: You Love What You Do, And You Would Like More Paying Clients

You tried streamlining or categorizing your array of offerings, but nothing you’ve tried feels right to you. It’s frustrating to have so much to offer, without seeing a way to share it more effectively. If you are unclear about how your offers fit together, it’s likely your clients and colleagues are also confused about what you do. Let’s find the thread that ties your work together so that your services make more sense to you and those you work with.

Let’s sketch out your vision to discover your best path forward.

Scenario 5: Your Life Has Shifted and Your Current Business Is Not Flowing

In the last year your life has shifted significantly — a change in your relationship, your own health, your care-giving responsibilities for your children, spouse, or parents, your location, your personal identity. Your priorities or dreams have changed, and as a result, you and your business are not in sync. Let’s re-envision how your life and your business might work together.

Scenario 6: You Have A Unique Situation

Join me for two 90-minute mentoring calls to share what you know about your business, your work, and your life (if relevant).

  • Before our first session, you’ll respond to a few questions via email so I can read your responses before our session.

  • In our first mentoring call, we’ll take a look at how all of the pieces of your business, work with clients, and outreach fit together. As we talk, I’ll create a visual depiction of your services and outreach channels.

  • During this first conversation, we’ll identify some key questions for you to ponder and explore in preparation for our second conversation.

  • In our second session, we’ll review what you came up with on your own and integrate that new information into the visual depiction of your work.

  • Together we’ll identify several next steps for you to focus on. The best path to reinvigorate your existing business will depend on what has been feeling out of sync for you and where you see yourself going in the future.

“Carol guided me as I redefined and updated my focus. We worked together to make sure my services and message felt authentic to me. She has the ability to hear the words that were most relevant and unique to me. As a coach herself, Carol understands and knows how to describe the benefits of coaching.

Now I speak with a new level of conviction and clarity about what I can offer my clients. I was also able to rework my website so that it conveys my unique gifts more accurately.

I highly recommend working with Carol. She helped reinvigorate both my business and me personally.”

Having had a business for over 11 years, that I created, developed, and sold, I understand just how essential it is to have a strong foundation built on a clear focus and a clear message. I grew that company quickly because I was so clear.

But as I was transitioning from the release of this first business into the next iteration of my work, I was struggling with the clarity about the focus of my new work and who I was serving. I was feeling so frustrated! How I had always defined my ideal client and how I communicated my message was no longer working for me because it didn’t fit with how I had evolved, but I couldn’t figure out why or what to do differently.

After wasting so much time on my own trying to figure it out, I decided to hire Carol to help draw my focus out of me. I am so grateful for her help. She was able to hone in on what my issue was, to help me see in greater detail how my work and who I was serving had evolved, and then to put it all together to see the bigger picture of how everything fits together.

I really enjoyed the process of working with Carol and appreciated her ability to see behind the issues and draw out what was most important. Clarity of focus is a KEY first step in growing your business so if you are having trouble articulating what you do in a meaningful way that resonates with you, get the help! It’s so worth it. Your growth depends on it!

I am feeling so excited about having clarity so I can now move onto the next phase of development and onto honoring my purpose.
