As you pursue your dream of helping your clients move through significant transitions to create lives that are refreshing and align with who they are becoming, I want you, your business, and your clients to flourish. This means helping you generate income sooner rather than later in ways that align with who you and how your work.

The gentle, respectful approach that I call the Organic Way meets you right where you are and provides you with the support you need, when you need it, never pushing you to make leaps you aren’t ready to take.

My Organic Way has wisdom to share whether you are: 

  • An Emerging Change Catalyst who is in the process of birthing a new business as you gain clarity about your idea with potential, design your starting point offer, and bring on your first paying clients.

  • A Seasoned Change Catalyst who is in the process of re-imagining your existing business as you refocus, update, or streamline your focus, redesign your offers, and create a smooth, cohesive way for clients to flow into and through your offers.

  • A Trailblazing Change Catalyst who is in the process of creating an original body of work or program that reflects your innovative, out-of-the-box way of working with clients. This might involve designing a new program, creating a model or set of principles that reflect the way they work, or developing a series of interlocking services that take clients through a journey.

  • Your Business Structures: Having a flourishing business is more than doing meaningful work with your clients. It’s also important to think through how you want to design your offers, pricing, and systems to fulfill your needs, your clients’ needs, and your household’s needs.

  • Your Outreach: At each phase of your business development there are key strategies you can use to share your work, in ways that align with your natural style and match where you are in your business development. Don’t worry, there are ways to engage new paying clients during each phase of your development.

With gentle encouragement, my role is to:

  • Assist you in seeing and releasing the old stories and messages from the Mainstream Approach while you discover Organic Ways to grow your work and business so that they align with who you are and what your clients need.

  • Support you in noticing and getting to the source of your hesitation whenever it shows up during your journey.

  • Identify your next step based on where you are and your readiness for the next phase.

  • Guide you as you identify your Idea with Potential, choose the kind of business you want to create, develop your core work with clients, and share your work in ways that match your style, your phase of development, and your clients’ interests.

  • Help you discover what formats, content, and methods contribute to your work and business while aligning with your deep nature and your clients’ needs.

  • Show you how to use small experiments with actual clients to discover how you want to design your work and your business so that you and your clients flourish.

  • Nurture you as you move through the inherent uncertainties of developing your new emerging business to strengthen and refine each element of your work and business so that it is grounded enough to support the growth you envision.

  • Strengthen your faith in yourself, your work, your impact, and your ability to flourish with your business.

Whether I am working with you in a small intimate mentoring group or private mentoring sessions:

I will:

  • Listen to you! To hear your truth. To understand your sense of alignment. If you tell me something doesn’t feel right, we’ll pause and explore what would feel like a better fit for you. Our goal is to discover your best-fit solutions.

  • Honor your expertise, your knowing, and your experience with your work and with your clients

  • Respect your history – the good, the bad, and the ugly – and help you uncover what’s working for you and what’s not.

  • Help you discern why strategies haven’t worked in the past. Usually there are gaps, soft spots that are holding you back, or you are trying to move forward on something too soon or out of order.

  • Support you in reaching for your goal, not the one-size-fits-all goal that has been put on our shoulders as if big money, fame, large followings, fancy vacations are equally desired by all. Bigger is not better for all.

  • Honor your timing and the timing of your unfolding work to help you evolve organically over time.

I will never:

  • Ask you to abdicate your power. You are an authority about your work, your clients, and your own deep nature. I have no right to question what you know about yourself.

  • Disregard your truth. Your business needs to work for you, not for me.

  • Question your need to find a solution that aligns more deeply with your way of being or your way of working.
