Are You a
Seasoned Change Catalyst?
As a Seasoned Change Catalyst, you have been working with clients for at least a year or possibly much longer. You are a proficient professional within your field as well as an experienced business owner. You enjoy making a difference in your clients’ lives.
Over the years you have likely experienced ebbs and flows with your business.
The focus of your business may have evolved.
The number of clients flowing into your business has varied.
Your confidence in your work has changed.
Your skills have transformed as you’ve taken additional training.
Your sense of fulfillment in your work may have wavered at times.
Your life circumstances have no doubt changed, which has impacted the way you run your business.
Although all of these variations are a normal part of being in business, there are times when you know something is out of sync with your business. You may be feeling called to shift something, add something, consolidate something.
At first these ideas inspire you to think in new ways. It’s an exciting time filled with possibility and opportunity. At times you may lack the clarity and confidence to follow through to bring your ideas to live.
If you have had an extended period of frustration, confusion, or disconnection from your core work, you may feel more distress. You may be questioning whether you are meant to be a Change Catalyst or if you should turn your attention in another direction.

At First You May Turn to the Mainstream Business Approach to Boost Your Business Results
If you’ve been trained in the Mainstream Business Approach, as many Change Catalysts have been, you may have a belief that you should be growing, or at least sustaining, your existing business levels at all times.
When you are uneasy about your business, you may feel added pressure to DO something:
Spruce up your marketing message and branding with new messaging, new branded head shots, and a redesigned website.
Ramp up your marketing game to get back up to speed, to make things happen in your business again.
Up level your sales and enrollment skills and systems to increase your enrollments and conversions.
Attempting to resolve marketing and sales issues, whether they are real or suspected, is a common response for Seasoned Change Catalysts who aren’t feeling in sync with their business or their work.
After all, if you don’t have the number of clients you think you should have at this stage of your business, up leveling your marketing seems to be a viable strategic move.
Unfortunately, it is incredibly difficult
to amp up your marketing When You
aren’t feeling fully aligned with your work,
your services, or your business as a whole.
Start When Your Are and Grow From There
The first step in evolving your work/life to feel more fulfilling is to assess what’s actually happening in your business right now, so that you can identify the true source of your frustration. With this information it is much easier to create a new vision that feels more aligned with your life and your work.
When you connect with what’s possible, the energy is there to fuel the changes that will reignite your commitment to your work and your results with your clients.
Each Change Catalyst has their own journey.
Sometimes a few slight changes in perspective open up your new path.
In other cases, you’ll integrate a sequence of changes over time.
Or, when inspiration hits, you may find that you want to create something new in your business - a new service, workshop, model, book, etc.
My experience as a long-term Change Catalyst, an experienced mentor, and an author and program creator helps me see what’s missing in your story. With a combination of in-depth conversation, clarifying questions, and some collaborative creative brainstorming, we can uncover your best path forward together and collaborate as you weave new pieces into your business.
I offer Three Services for Seasoned Change Catalysts:
Discover Your Growing Edge - In this initial one-hour conversation, you bring your knowledge about your business and your work, and I bring my understanding of how businesses evolve over time. Together we explore what’s working, what’s not working, and where your growing edge is within your life/business. From there we can talk about your best next steps.
Everyone starts with this session so we both have a sense of your best path forward. If you want additional support, we’ll explore which of the following services is the best fit for your current needs.Picture Your Work - In this more in-depth conversation, we create a visual picture of the various part of your business: your services, your favorite clients, your pricing, and how your clients find you and your work. As we co-create this visual picture, we will begin to see gaps and inconsistencies, you’ll have an opportunity to name what’s most important to you, and we’ll start to piece together a new vision that feels more aligned and fulfilling to you. This conversation happens over two 90-minute sessions. I create a summary of our first call for you and provide a few questions you can ponder between the two sessions. By the end you’ll have a much deeper understanding of your business, how you want to evolve your work and business, and your next steps. Discover more.
Collaborative Development Services - If you want support as you develop new aspects of your business, we’ll work together collaboratively. Sometimes a few well-timed sessions can help you bring your new ideas to life with more ease and greater confidence. Other times you may want ongoing support as you work on a larger project.
Within this work I provide collaborative mentoring, reviews of your written content, and additional technical guidance. With the flexibility of a retainer, we work in the way that aligns with your needs. When you feel comfortable with the next steps, you do those on your own. When you want a sounding board or idea whisperer on your team, we have a mentoring session. Discover more.Ready to Get Started? Let’s Talk
