During each interactive workshop in this four-part series, I will share a specific element of the Organic Way, and then we will explore the topic together in more depth by sharing insights, reconnecting with memories, healing outdated stories, and exploring your questions.
What I've found is that by talking through the elements of the Organic Way model and how they are different from the Mainstream Approach, you have an opportunity to rewrite stories you've been telling yourself about your struggles (it's not always about you!), begin to heal former business trauma (yes, that's a real thing), and discover new methods to align your business development and marketing in ways that support your movement forward.
From the work I've already done with the Organic Way, I am confident that the Organic Way is a robust model that holds wisdom for both Emerging and Seasoned Change Catalysts.
I am now ready to share a new synthesized overview of the Organic Way with you, whether you are starting a new business, taking your existing business in a new direction, or creating an innovative, out-of-the-box way of working with your clients.

The information I share in this workshop series is relevant for Emerging Change Catalysts who are starting their new business AND for Seasoned Change Catalysts who are either taking their existing business in a new direction, or creating an innovative, out-of-the-box way of working with clients.
Here's what we Will cover in each workshop:
Workshop 1: There Is Another Path: The Organic Way - Understand how the Organic Way offers an alternative path to the Mainstream Approach.
Workshop 2: Order Matters: Prepare Before You Share Your Work - Find out why you may not be creating the momentum you want in your business. Perhaps you are taking steps out of order, rushing the process, or leaping over important stages. The key is to realize the importance of Clarity, Confidence, and Comfort as the foundation of your Momentum and Growth.
Workshop 3: Organic Outreach: Marketing Strategies that Align with Your Natural Style, Sense of Integrity, and Phase of Development - Discover how you can feel more aligned with the ways you share your work with potential clients. Open up new marketing channels you may not even know exist because they aren't highlighted in Mainstream Marketing courses.
Workshop 4: The Energetic Signature and Culture of the Organic Way - Learn how to find the wisdom in your hesitation so that you can create a deeper sense of alignment with your work and your business. Identify specific shifts you can make in how you approach creating, developing, and growing your business so that you avoid being derailed or delayed by the Mainstream Strategies that don't feel right to you.

WHEN: We'll meet once a week for four weeks.
For future workshop series, I plan to charge $40/workshop for a total of $160.00.
