Change Catalyst Entrepreneurs:
Do you Blame Yourself
when You Aren’t Making Enough Progress?

Harvest the Wisdom
Within Your Hesitation

A four-Hour virtual retreat
to turn three common
sources of hesitation
into valuable insights

about the growing edge of
your work and your business

Confusion

Something has you confused. You spend more time worrying about how to get beyond your confusion than you do on clarifying why you are confused.

Confusion.jpg

Overwhelm

You feel overwhelmed. You have too many ideas and tasks competing for attention. You can’t make sense of it all and that stops you from taking action.

Procrastination

You procrastinate. You avoid the tasks you know you need to focus on. You come up with other activities to work on rather than your high priority tasks.

Procrastination-1974990_1920.jpg

Every one of these patterns is costly. Especially when we turn our angst and frustration in on ourselves in the form of self-blame, self-doubt, and self-criticism.

This internal roller coaster zaps our energy, wastes our productive time, and takes our attention off our project. It’s hard to feel motivated and energized. It’s difficult to make decisions about your new work or where to focus your attention next.

Please know you are not
the only one who gets swamped
by this dynamic.
We all do this.

If you are setting up a new practice, re-configuring your business, or evolving your body of work, you are likely to experience more moments of hesitation.

Whenever you are faced with a lot of unknowns, you have multiple decisions to make and numerous nuances to sort out.

Although this process is uncomfortable at best, know that the circumstances causing you to pause are a very natural and essential part of your journey to evolve your work.

The key is to figure out
how to work with your
hesitation rather than against it

Instead of being derailed by these moments in ways that require you to spend precious time and energy pulling yourself out of a place of self-blame…

What if there is wisdom in your hesitation?

What if your body and intuition are spot on in their assessment of your next steps?

What if your hesitation, confusion, overwhelm, and procrastination
are your being's way of alerting you to something that's not quite right with your plan?

What if your moments of hesitation point you toward ways
to enhance the growing edge of your work and your business?

During this Harvest the Wisdom Within Your Hesitation Virtual Retreat, you'll learn how to listen for new layers of inner wisdom, exploring common trigger emotions and scenarios to discover the insight they hold for you, your evolving new work, your marketing, and your business growth.

sharing your important work with the world.

Please read the guidelines
below as you
consider what price
resonates for you.

Guidelines: Pay What Inspires You

First, take a moment to sense whether this Virtual Retreat (and the Bonus Webinar with Mini-Workshop) feels inspiring to you. If you’ve attended one of my events in the past or listened to one of my podcasts, you know I share rich content, personalized insights, and opportunities to connect with yourself and your work more deeply.

If this opportunity resonates with you, welcome!

(If you’d like more information about the underlying philosophy and how the events will work before you make a decision, scroll down to read a more detailed description.)

Second, sit for a moment to consider the following pricing guidelines and then discern the price that resonates for you.

  • The requested minimum payment is $40. This helps me cover my administrative costs and some of my time for these events.

(If contributing at this level would prevent you from paying for food, shelter, or medical care, or you are on a limited fixed income with little to no room for extras, you may choose to pay less.)

  • The suggested payment for the Virtual Retreat (and the Bonus Webinar with Mini-Workshop) is $80. This is the price that makes this offering sustainable for me. Contributions above $80 allow me to open this opportunity up to all who wish to participate. Thank you!

  • Pricing for similar events varies widely. While some virtual retreats are free, others range from $49 to $250.

With these guidelines in mind, take a moment to decide what feels right for you to give in exchange for the experience you’ll have with the Virtual Retreat and the Bonus Webinar + Mini-workshop. Type the price you choose into the Quantity field. Then click on the green button to finish the registration process.

Don’t worry about getting it perfect. After the Bonus Webinar + Mini-Workshop concludes, I will give you the opportunity to update your contribution if you feel inspired to do so.

All events will be recorded if you want to review them or you are unable to attend live.

After you click the green button, scroll up to the upper right to click on the shopping cart to finalize your registration.

Harvest the Wisdom
Within Your Hesitation

A more detailed description of
this virtual retreat and
bonus webinar with mini-workshop.

Evolving your work and running your business is a journey full of unknowns, with multiple decisions to make and numerous nuances to sort out.

There are inherent twists and turns, ups and down as you gain clarity about your vision and bring your work to life. Worry, fears, and unknowns fill your head much of the time.

I know from personal experience the feelings that come up during this journey.
I understand the fears you wrestle with and the issues you face on a daily basis.

You do your best to persevere, to keep moving forward, to find your way.

And Then...

You hit an unexpected bump (whether internally generated or externally triggered).

  • Perhaps something doesn’t work as you envisioned.

  • Or you can’t reach the degree of clarity you need to take action with confidence.

  • Or you get caught in an eddy of confusion, overwhelm, or frustration, and can’t find a way to move forward.

It's so easy to get knocked off course.

What Happens When You Get Derailed?

Take a moment to consider how this dynamic impacts you, your life, your work, and your business.

  • How often do you slip into a downward spiral after hitting a bump?

  • How much time do you spend huddled at the low point, questioning your choices or berating yourself?

  • How much energy does it take to gather yourself up and climb out of this emotion-soaked pit to get on with your business?

  • How does this process impact your self-esteem, your productivity, and your belief in your work?

  • What are the short- and long-term ramifications of this dynamic on moving your new work out to the world?

How Would Your Life Be Different If...

You didn't get derailed so easily?

You didn't have to spend so much time crawling out of self-blame and self-doubt about yourself and your new work?

You could catch yourself before you got derailed by unexpected bumps?

You could learn to find wisdom in your emotional responses to these experiences?

The Key Pivot

What if there is wisdom in your hesitation?

What if your body and intuition
are spot on in their
assessment of your next steps?

During this Harvest the Wisdom Within Your Hesitation Virtual Retreat,
you'll learn how to listen for new layers of inner wisdom.

By exploring common trigger emotions
and scenarios you’ll discover the wisdom
they hold for you, your evolving new work,
your marketing, and your business growth.

How Your Experience Will Change

When you are rooted in your capacity to spot wisdom in your experiences, you will:

  1. Heal old patterns that have sabotaged your progress in the past.

  2. Save the time, energy, and emotions that you’ve previously expended whenever you’ve followed that downward spiral and had to climb back out again and again and again!

  3. Connect with your own nuanced signals and signs to such a degree that you’ll be able to use them to create a deeply intimate relationship with your work.

  4. Stay on track more of the time. Without the detours, you’ll go deeper in developing your work and make more progress, more quickly.

  5. Build momentum as your sense of confidence in yourself, your work, and your offers increases.

How This Virtual Retreat Will Work

The magic of insight and discovery will happen as we each sit with the questions, pondering our personal relationship with each theme: Confusion, Overwhelm, Procrastination. As we share our thoughts and discoveries, you’ll gain new perspectives about yourself, your patterns, and new solutions.
