Materials
I find that exploring patterns and feelings often goes deeper when you handwrite your responses to prompts in a journal or on blank paper. If you can sit somewhere other than your desk, especially during your personal reflection, that can also shift you out of common patterns and spark new thoughts and breakthroughs.
